WineProse is a collection of blogs from professional Sommeliers in the San Francisco Bay Area sharing there knowledge about wine.  The Sommeliers contributing to WineProse are working the floors, interacting with you, the guest, to select the perfect wine pairing to complement your meal. We have asked them to share with us their thoughts and experiences about wine.
